1. Are your treats made in the USA?

Yes! Most of our treats are proudly made in the USA, with some sourced from Canada. We’re transparent about origin and only work with trusted manufacturers.

2. Are your treats grain-free?

Many of our treats are grain-free, including our Duck Sticks and Cheese & Quinoa Biscuits. Each product clearly lists whether it’s grain-free on the label and product page.

3. What ingredients do you use?

We believe in simplicity. Our treats are made with real, recognizable ingredients, no fillers, artificial preservatives, or hard-to-pronounce chemicals. You can find the full ingredient list and guaranteed analysis on each product page.

4. How long do treats stay fresh?

All of our treats come in resealable bags to help keep them fresh. For best quality, use within 30 days of opening and store in a cool, dry place.

5. Why do some treats contain mixed tocopherols? Aren’t they preservatives?

Yes—mixed tocopherols are a natural preservative, but they’re nothing to worry about! They’re actually a form of vitamin E, usually derived from vegetable oils, and are used to help keep the healthy fats in our treats fresh.

Because our treats contain real meats and oils, manufacturers use mixed tocopherols to naturally extend shelf life without relying on artificial chemicals like BHA or BHT. They are one of the safest, most trusted ways to keep your pet’s treats fresh and nutritious.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. Orders under $40 will see a flat shipping rate at checkout.

8. Do you accept returns?

Our treats are 100% satisfaction guaranteed; if you or your pets aren't completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. email us at info@bellflowertreats.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
